Typical lead time is 30–45 days from confirmed PO to shipping. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Peak season (Oct–Jan) may extend production by 1–2 weeks.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy. L/C at sight accepted for orders over USD 30,000. First order may require full T/T.
Yes. Samples up to 5kg are free — you cover courier (DHL/FedEx). Larger sample quantities can be arranged on a paid basis, refundable against first order.
Binchotan and coconut shell charcoal typically fall under HS 4402.90 (other wood charcoal). We provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate.

Yes. All orders include our internal pre-shipment QC. You may also commission third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) at your cost — we coordinate factory access.
